Let me tell you about Fast Hook Towing and Parker, the operator, owner, and all- around nice guy! I was stuck at Love's truck stop after letting my PriusC run all night - what can I say? I'm a South FL girl!?? out was cold and I needed the heater... Needless to say, my car didn't start when I woke up from my "Kat" nap. I didn't panic. I've Geico insurance, and this Rodeo girl knows the ropes! The first guy sent out was local- he showed up before the allotted hour and proceeded to open the hood and look completely puzzled. He obviously never worked on a Prius C Hybrid, and hadn't graduated from "YouTube U" (his word). I fired him before he did more damage and denied his responsibility. Never mind that I "hurt his feelings" ... I called Geico again. Tyia was sweet and kept looking for someone close who's be willing and able to take me to the dealership in Lake City. At first, she came back with the same tow company (different name)- I refused - asking to be taken to a dealership in Lake City- Valdosta was too far and she said they weren't very nice there... When she came back with a firm yes, from Parker at Fast Hook towing, and he'd agree to come all the way out to get me (about an hour), I was more than elated and grateful. He called to tell me he was coming out and that he'd need to gas up the truck...1.5 hours is not too bad considering he was an hour away and needed gas... and Parker showed up... he was professional, kind, courteous, and willing to talk and listen patiently as we rode back toward Lake City. What a great guy! Parker, you're truly my Saving Grace and Knight in Shining (Truck) Armor!

Absolutely amazingly wonderful company. Our car was hit by a deer on I75, couldn’t drive it. Called FastHook, they came in 10 min. Tim, our driver was a dream come true. Our 5 hour drive was a delight even at 3am ? clean cab, we were able to ride in truck. Very professional. Better than AAA❤️??

My daughter needed a tow and insurance company was going to send someone from Alachua and they stated 1.5 hrs it was going to take. Called FastHook Towing and they were there within 30 minutes and got the job gone. Driver was nice and professional as well. Thanks FastHook!
