I called in because my BMW unexpectedly started leaking coolant. I spoke with Martin on the phone and his calm and extremely knowledgeable demeanor helped me feel comfortable bringing my car in. He was able to diagnose the issue promptly. I typically get my service done at the dealer but this experience blew that out of the water. The past few inspections of my vehicle at the dealer had come back with no issues multiple times even on things I knew needed to be replaced. Their inspection was a lot more thorough. Martin didn’t try to upsell me on anything and was extremely honest and fair. I would definitely use this shop again in the future and would highly recommend it for people looking for quality work and fair prices.

I took my 1997 Land Rover Discovery into BimmerFix for warranty work that was originally done by a previous shop, and had a great experience from start to finish. Not every shop is willing to take on older Land Rovers, so I really appreciated that they were willing and able to work on it. Martin was quick to respond, extremely communicative, and kept me informed throughout the entire process, which made everything stress-free. It’s not always easy finding a shop you can trust with an older vehicle, but they handled everything professionally and efficiently.
