I can't thank the entire team at this place enough. Heather made me feel at ease from the moment I called. Then I arrived and the staff there was just as phenomenal. I'm new to Jax and 3 days after arriving my car was acting up. My anxiety was at an all time high. I need my Faith (car) to get to work. Mr. Ken, Mr. Hank, Mr. Ruben, Mr. Alex, Mr. Rodgers and the the other staff, for the top notch service they provided from the start. I now have a real auto shop to take my Faith to whenever she needs regular maintenance and services. This by far has been a blessing. This place is honest and fair. They truly know automotive. Paid $162 for a diagnostic and was told my vehicle only needed spark plugs and coils (quoted about $850). I did the work myself and the problem was still there. The dealer later diagnosed the real issue as the torque converter. Staff was polite and the facility was nice, but the diagnostic process was clearly incomplete. It seems they only scanned the OBDII and did not perform a road test to properly verify the problem. I’m disappointed because I could have spent nearly $1,000 on unnecessary repairs while the real issue remained. Customers deserve a thorough diagnosis before being recommended costly work.
