Josh was such a God send this week. Traveling back from vacation we had a sudden issue with our vehicle. He got in to start it and the issue was resolved by the grace of God. Josh could have easily still towed it but instead he made me aware it was working fine and even let me drive it around the area and waited for me in case the issue arose again. Can’t recommend them enough.

FIVE STAR PLUS!!! I was visiting from out of state when my alternator failed. Elton was professional, prompt, and pleasant when picking up my car in 45 minutes vs the HOURS I was quoted to wait by AAA!!! We had a misunderstanding between the office personnel/ tow driver and myself in regards to leaving my vehicle in neutral in order to avoid an additional jump fee for a tow. I initially called a week after for a refund on the fee as i was not informed of the cost and realized how much it was. The initial response i received back from the office on Saturday did not help resolve the situation in any manner. The Owners then themselves reached back out to me a few days later and were very understanding of the matter and refunded the additional fee in full!
