Disgusting! So I was Parked for less than 2 minutes outside of bandit coffee in st Pete and I was sitting across the street outside at the taco restaurant and this jerk tried to tow our car! He had it on almost on the truck and we went up to him and he was a pure idiot jerk. Heavyset man. He was soooo annoying and rude and he whipped out watermelon and ate it whilst talking to us. Rude We had a flight to catch in Tampa so we asked if he could let our car go as we were there.... He said no and demanded 400 dollars cash for the release of the rental car we had . We couldn't say no because he had us trapped with our car and our flight. He was such a jerk. Like I hate this company and now I hate Bandit coffee for allowing this to occur. Trash trash trash . I hate skyway towing. Corrupt

What a complete scam, you get your car towed and willing to pay but they ate close and they don't pick up the phones Because you get tow after hours but they don't open after 6:00 pm , of course of you leave you car overnight it will be an extra charge. The staff claim they are following an Estate Law cant release to you , your rental car even with the documents in hand. They wont talk the car rental company, because we can be scammers , who is scamming? my daughter graduation celebration ruin by a fishy business practice. $250 per car more that 30 cars in the parking lot. You do the math, i think they need investigation about this cash business ripping off customers .o hope they don't damage the rental car and we get charge towing charges and damaged.

My friend was assaulted yesterday by 2 guys from this company, they split her whole face and now she have to get surgery. All because she wanted to get her things out her car that flooded out from the hurricane (not because she couldn’t make a payment) and the car is still there after all of that. Good thing ring cameras caught everything and charges will be pressed. This company won’t be around long after she’s done. And I wouldn’t recommend to anyone, very rude and unprofessional
