I am really impressed with the knowledge and the patience of the sales staff here. We dealt with Ryan, and he was excellent! He answered a million questions without ever once seeming put out, rushed, or frazzled. We are very novice shoppers, and it's important for us to be informed consumers. I now feel like I have a better understanding of what I need and what is offered. Great location, great staff.

I'm sorry I did business with this company. My golf cart goes in for maintenance once a year and it is 2 years old. After 2 years it continues to make squeaking noises. I called William, the owner, yesterday and what a jerk. He would not let me complete my sentences and did not hear my concerns. He was fresh, condescending, dismissive, and his customer service skills suck. He appears to be a sweet older vet but boy did I get a taste of another side of William yesterday. He told me that this is what happens to golf carts after 2 years and what do I expect. I shared my concern about the sqeaking in June when it went in for maintenance. To me this is an ongoing issue and did not get fixed properly to begin with. My golf cart should not fall apart or sqeak after only 2 years. The conversation was not pleasant nor helpful. I'm sorry I did business with him in the first place. I definitely would not recommend Sunshine State Golf Carts. They are nice until they get your business and money. Then things change. Shame on me for making a bad choice and falling for William's nice demeanor in the beginning.
