I cant thank this company enough, its Thanksgiving eve and my tire separated and I was stuck on the side of the road with my daughter, I called advanced towing stressed and full of anxiety, the gentleman on the phone was so understanding and kind and sweet made me feel so good, and only waited 10 min and the driver arrived, the drivers name was brett and he was also so kind made me laugh and just lifted me spirits in a crappy situation, I give the. 100/100 highly recommend if you have an unfortunate situation and need a tow, they were priced reasonably and honestly I am again very greatful thank you advanced towing happy Thanksgiving

My husband had his Mustang towed from Inverness to Tampa (VIA AAA who got this company to come tow) Tow truck plate D1884C Just to clarify, this was from a friend’s house to my mother’s property/house, which is where we are currently residing temporarily. When the tow truck driver picked up the car, the driver noted that the window was down. Unfortunately the battery was dead in the car. We are unable to lower it up, but he said OK. He then drove off with the car about two minutes later called my husband saying he was taking his truck through a car wash. Of course, my husband reminded him that the window was down in the car And the tow truck driver said that the car would not be touched by any kind of water.. Though I thought it was pretty odd that a tow truck driver would on a job take his truck through a car wash…. They’re putting that aside the next call we get from the driver is when he’s 30 minutes out from the property (That my mother owns.. Very important detail. As we never told the truck driver that this property belonged to my husband.) He asks my husband where to put the car when he arrives, and my husband tells him to put it right next to his purple scion. The tow truck driver arrives. Unfortunately he beat us to the house. By a few minutes. My mother comes out and informed the truck driver that he cannot put the scion in the grass because her bus (She’s legally blind, so she takes the sunshine bus As transportation) Has nowhere to turn around if he puts the car in the grass… The tow truck driver tells my mother (the owner of the property) “ I don’t know who you are, but I have spoken to the owner of the property and I know exactly where to put it” My mother (The actual owner of the property. What again we never told the truck driver we owned the property) Tells the tow truck driver where he can put it, and he tells my mother that he cannot put it there because there’s a whole bunch of wires all over the place…. There is not I guarantee there is not we have two children’s large play sets and all of our front yard is dedicated to the kids. We would not have loose wires all over the place That’s a safety hazard. My mother at that point, Point calls me and tells me all of this. The tow truck driver, then calls my husband and tells my husband that he’s going to put it in the grass and that my husband can figure it out… At that point, I was pissed I took the phone from my husband and hung up because at that point we were turning into the driveway. I will attach pictures of where he was asked to leave the car versus where he said he was going to leave the car… Anyways, we pull in and the tow truck driver looks at my husband and said “she wants me to put it over there. Come on man” Mind if he said that was as much attitude as my two-year-old gives me when I ask for her to give me her sunglasses (she’s an extremely sassy 2yo lol) He finally drops the car in the middle of the driveway. He does help my husband push it to where it needed to be. (I will give credit where credit is due I don’t leave these reviews to only tell the negative. Personally will never use this towing company again and will be asking AAA to put it on our personal do not use list. Long story short tow truck driver was rude as hell. Was quick to make claims that he spoke to people he didn’t really speak to. Cause again, my husband never claimed to be the owner of the property yet the tow truck driver claimed to my mother (The actual owner of the property) That he spoke to the owner of the property…

It was a AAA call and Michael was able to get us back on the road within 30 minutes of us calling. Fast, efficient, polite and professional. I will absolutely use them if I a pinch again!!!
