This is the most unprofessional business I have ever had to deal with in my life. I tried to call them for for 4 days to set up a time to have them pick up a large item and was hung up on every time for a total of 8 calls (at different times of the day). On the fifth day I called and someone answered and was bewildered that I had been hung on so many times. She supposedly set up a pick up day for me on Friday the 20th of Feb. She told me that they definitely would pick up the dresser and nightstand at my address between the hours of 8am till 6pm. I put it out on Thursday night to be sure I wouldn't miss them. Its 6:20 pm right now and no Waste management has been seen in the neighborhood all da according to my retired next door neighbor who was looking out for them to give them a tip from me. I'm going to go to the office Monday to see if I can see if I can talk to someone in person.

I was promised a bulk pickup on Friday, 11/21/25. I called three times to confirm this and each time I was promised that the truck would be here by 6:30 pm. He never came. I am tired of receiving false information and lies

We called WM about picking up our Christmas tree and spoke with a very professional, helpful and knowledgeable lady. She gave us the information we needed and arranged a pick up for the next day. Very pleased.
