Ricardo at Autozone was outstanding! I came in for a “Check Engine” light that came on and he was able to verify that I had a bad Master Brake Cylinder and also found that my battery was not charging as it should. He replaced my battery and did so with a very helpful and professional demeanor. It was very refreshing to have had such a pleasant experience. Absolutely phenomenal experience with them. The store is well stocked, the employees are all super knowledgeable, and everyone is incredibly helpful! I went in because I needed new windshield wipers and the store manager, Crystal R., not only was incredibly patient and polite but also helped me go through 3 different sets of wipers to find the right one for the car. Genuinely such a lovely human being and wonderful experience. Every time I've come here in the past they have been similarly helpful as well. Thank you again for the fantastic service and all the help!!
