Our car wouldn't start while we were on the island for a vacation. We called a few places to see who could get us back on the road before we had to leave. Grooms answered the phone, asked a few key questions, and shared their plan for getting us fixed up. We went ahead and had our car towed there and when it arrived, they called to confirm it was there plus they said they'd take a diagnostic look right away. From that point on they kept us informed every step of the way and fixed the issue in less than a day. Their repair included a 3 year warranty. They never tried to upsell or pressure us into anything. They saved our trip for sure - both with fixing the car but also because they took the time to keep us updated along the way - so we could get back to enjoying our trip. Highly recommend these folks!
