Gary and team are great - good at what they do and fun to deal with. Very knowledgeable, thorough and honest. I had a broken window latch and some other issues, plus wanted to get basic service. They explained everything they’d do, noted ordering parts from Mercedes in order to maintain warranty, inspected everything and found a couple of small issues (including some cracks in seals around a/c and vents on roof which would have been a big problem later). Lot’s of confidence in the work. I recommend them without hesitation.

I wish It was a way I could give more stars.. 5 isn’t enough.!! The service, I received was just off the charts. I say this as a single female that has NO trust in mechanics. They typically try to take advantage of women. Joe .. Gary.. and my amazing tech Lonnie were all very good ppl.. reliable…quick.. VERY reasonable prices. They fixed my generator and it runs BETTER NOW than it EVER has before.. You guys turned my mess into a masterpiece. We had 2 hurdles to cross with my generator for one it’s an older model & secondly, I ran over a huge object and bent the bracket that holds the generator(so generator tilted) they fixed ALL of it.. you can’t tell I ever ran over anything….AND they had the parts IN stock for my OLD generator. These guys are just the best. They kept me well informed on every little step. They kept me so informed I felt like part of the team?…They showed me the old parts and then showed me the new parts.. they took a great deal of time & concern to be sure I was totally & completely satisfied.. Sorry, that I’m so long winded.!! But, I’m just truly blessed and very thankful. Thank you guys. Christmas is over but RV’s R Us Inc. is simply the Gift that keeps on giving. I will be telling ppl back in Michigan and anyone else who will listen.. about how wonderful you guys were in my time of need.!! I will keep all of you in my prayers especially my tech Lonnie..!!! Thank you.!!!

Gary the owner I felt was rude, disrespectful, I was looking to replace 2 “house” batteries, I was late in arriving, had called spoke with Joe he said “no problem, we’ll fit you in” and I willing to return the next morning. I felt I was in the principal’s office being scolded by Gary, if his attitude is anything representing the quality of work~ hard pass. Mechanics too, are NOT certified Gary’s arrogance attitude lost a customer. Called HABERSON RV who not only is $40 less per hour, were friendly, knowledgeable and couldn’t have been more willing to work with me to replace batteries. They told me what to expect hourly rate, where Gary said could take up to 3+hrs. HABERSON said avg time is 1/2 hr per battery… **UPDATE: HABERSON replaced both under mount batteries in 1 hr 15 mins. I have a few slight repairs that they get the business for no other reason than excellent customer service. Taking my business where it’s appreciated and giving me the confidence the work will be done professionally.
