I had two Interstate batteries right at the expiration date of the warranty of 30 months go completely dead because of a DUI device I have on my truck.. I took the batteries down to Interstate expecting to buy two new batteries..and instead they replaced them and installed them FREE of charge.. Interstate batteries are the best and I wouldn't buy them anywhere else but this store..66th street Pinellas Park..I can't thank you enough..works been slow and I really couldn't afford the $480 for new batteries..thank you so much

I can’t give enough thanks and praise to Nikki and Kyle for all they did for me! Nikki went above and beyond on so many levels to ensure that I had the best battery and corrected the errors and mistakes that other establishments had put me through. She didn’t have to but she cared and wanted to make it right for me. I will never forget her kindness and care. She was so knowledgeable and professional ; I wish I could do something for her besides telling the community that you don’t see this type of person or company anymore. Best customer service from Kyle. Very knowledgeable, really nice, and he made a suggestion to help protect battery life in the future. I upgraded my battery to a mid-range quality and paid the difference, after having two of the 18 month battery go bad on me before the end of the warranty period. They did honor the warranty both times.
