I purchased a vehicle from this company on Friday. I later found out that the business was closed on Saturday and Sunday (according to Google Maps), which made it impossible to pick up the vehicle during the weekend. On Monday, they attempted to charge me a $200 late pickup fee, which I find unfair since the business was closed and there was no way for me to pick up the vehicle earlier. Additionally, when I went to pay the fee, I was told they do not accept card payments and that it had to be cash only. This felt unprofessional and raised concerns. Overall, my experience was negative. I recommend that future customers carefully verify business hours and policies before completing any transaction.

There's an elderly woman in an orange who opens car locks with car keys. She helped me find all the cars and bring them to the exit and I'm very grateful to her. She's also very kind and positive!

My car was picked up at repo IN DRIVABLE CONDITION by one of their transporters and returned UNDRIVABLE. They do not want to take responsibility when there’s video evidence and give me the run around when I call about my claim/car.
