Driver called 15 minutes away and arrived promptly. He was professional and courteous through the whole towing issue. He was pleasant to talk to as I was in the cab with him while my truck was being towed home. I would recommend this company and would use them again if I have any towing needs in the future.

The guy who came and towed my car didn’t tell me his name but imma call him “Jesus” cuz he saved me ??? I only needed a tow but he even educated me on a few things that he saw that needed to be fixed as well. The whole interaction was genuine and he wasted no time getting me home. I used insurance but for issues that can be resolved through insurance I’ll DEFINITELY call them first. My alternator went out soon as I got off work last night and they helped me asap. I’m sure they also rushed because I broke down on the highway and FHP put a sticker on my window literally 8 hours later. Thank you, Good Hooks, you all are GOOD PEOPLE.

Very decent price for the service. I was not on location for pickup, but they were able work with me to move the car fast and efficiently, price was as quoted, no extra fees or shady stuff that I've had with other tow companies. I hope I won't need towing again, but if needed, I know I'll be back.
