Customer reviews of Brignoni Towing in Orlando, FL
2.5 stars based on 30 reviews- FFelipe Corchuelo
Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward vehicle recovery turned into an unnecessarily frustrating and disrespectful experience from start to finish. My car was towed for parking in a no-parking zone across the street from Old Town in front of the gift shop next to the food truck area — a risk I knowingly took and after seeing their reviews - a known hunting ground. The tow itself isn’t the issue. The problem was the complete lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic respect shown by Brignoni Towing at every stage of the process. From the very beginning, the experience was poorly handled. There is no signage indicating which towing company services the lot, so I had to rely on my vehicle’s GPS through the Tesla App and a Google search just to identify and contact them. When I called to confirm they had my car and to understand the recovery process, the employee on the phone was dismissive, provided almost no information, and ultimately hung up on me while I was asking simple, reasonable questions - asking me multiple times if I am the owner and if I intend on recovering - after making it clear when I called that was the reason for my call. Once I finally confirmed the address, I took a Lyft to their location — only to find no attendant on site. I called their phone number and the person who answered the phone refused to give even a rough estimate for when someone might arrive. My fiance and I waited outside for over 30 minutes, and even when an employee eventually showed up, they chose to assist someone else first despite us being the only ones waiting at the window. When we were finally helped, the interaction was by far the worst part. The employee was condescending, combative, and openly arrogant, showing zero interest in answering questions or providing clarity on the process. I expressed concerns about how my 2026 Tesla (with only 2,000 miles) had been towed, knowing these cars must be fully lifted. I also asked what the procedure was for documenting the towing method or filing a claim if something was wrong. Every response was met with hostility and the same dismissive line: “Call the cops if you don’t like it, and take us to court if you want.” To make matters worse, I was told I had to sign a digital release on a phone screen — with no opportunity to review any document or clause beforehand. The attendant insisted the paperwork would only be printed after I signed, which is completely unacceptable. That release, unsurprisingly, includes language waiving all liability. Customers should never be asked to sign legal documents blind, especially in an environment already lacking transparency and professionalism. Even inspecting the car was made difficult. I was only allowed to do so because I insisted, and the inspection had to be performed in a poorly lit lot, as they refused to move the vehicle to better lighting. All in all, the recovery process took 1 hour and 45 minutes, with over 1 hour and 15 minutes wasted at their establishment due to their lack of organization and disregard for customers’ time. Again, I don’t mind paying the fee for my own parking mistake. But what I do mind is being treated with a complete lack of basic decency, respect, or professionalism. This company operates as if the people they interact with do not deserve information, dignity, or transparency. My strong recommendation: avoid doing business with Brignoni Towing in any context. If the way they handled this situation is representative of how they operate, I would not trust them with any service whatsoever.

Horrible company who partakes in predatory, bandit style towing preying on the weak, uniformed and vulnerable. Their signs are only in English but they will tow cars on private lots who have valid parking stickers for any reason including a flat. They do not honor the rate of half the fee to drop and will charge the full price outright. Mind you this happened to my mother in law who was waiting for her son to come home for 45 minutes to drop off Christmas presents. Disgraceful horrible company who profits on the predatory values that glutinous state officials have promoted. Shame.

Absolutely terrible experience with Brignoni Towing. My parents stopped by to visit unexpectedly, and because it was unplanned I hadn’t had a chance to get them a parking pass yet. In less than 20 minutes of them being parked, their car had already been towed—even though there were plenty of open parking spaces available at the time. It felt incredibly predatory. When we went to the tow yard to get the car back, the person on the phone told us the office was closed. We then called another number listed for the same company and were told they were actually open and that we should just wait for someone to show up. The communication was completely inconsistent and unprofessional. To top it off, we were charged $140 to retrieve the car even though it had only been sitting in their lot for about 30 minutes. The whole situation felt like a cash grab and was handled very poorly. I would strongly advise others to chose another company.
