Got a total, thorough & honest assessment of the services my 10yo MINI Cooper needed with very reasonable pricing & speedy delivery! AJ explained everything, told me what was important, what wasn’t (and why), what future services should be, and on what timeline. He was able to immediately start work on my car, and got it done in the same day. He was in communication with me the entire day, letting me know the progress, as well as anything new that arose, and completely transparent with pricing. He changed her spark plugs, replaced engine and cabin filters, completed an oil change (if you own a MINI, you know…) and helped me make a plan for future services to keep her optimal. All of the parts are OEM & optimal for my MINI. I’m thrilled to have my peppy MINI back & will definitely be back!

Yesterday I came across a very pleasant find. I encountered one capable & resourceful mechanic, who as well turned out to be an EXTRAordinary person. From the initial phone conversation I could sense his friendliness, thoughtfulness, and reasonable, considerate fee. Then upon meeting him all this became reaffirmed as he worked on my car with impressive concern and as we interacted further. Anthony is a Master and a Student. He implements his years of knowledge and experience with carefully studying and researching to find solutions to long-time or overlooked enigmas. As well, I felt all along that I was in the presence of a friend or close family – and no doubt, of a great man: one with values, and humanity, and with an amazingly high level of concern! My car seemed to smile & exhale a sigh of relief, and I along with it. Consequently, I’ve quickly grown appreciative of Anthony’s work & character, as well as of his also nice & diligent fellow mechanics and assistants…& of my friend Fabian, at NAPA, who highly recommended him.
