I Needed a battery for my BMW. Spoke with Christian and Shaylee there were very helpful, friendly, and professional. They helped me with finding the correct battery and installed it. They made sure the battery was prefect for my vehicle!Never was in hurry, rushing to get done, etc. went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied!! Should both get a 100 out of 10 stars!

I came into the store on August 21 around 5ish to purchase a battery but the sale associate advised me there was no one available to check my battery. Shortly after, another customer came in and asked for the same assistance and received assistance to check her vehicle battery before purchasing a new one.I feel that the customer presented prejudice due to my nationality and I will make to email the corporate office to confirm that this treatment will not be happening again.
