I clearly explained my situation, that I will be driving 1400 miles to pickup newly purchased boat. If I don`t pick it up by certain date I will be charged storage fees. They assured me that everything will be ready and perfectly adjusted to boat. All that changed after I paid them deposit. Trailer was barely ready on saturday instead of Tuesday, I had to change my plans three times. If you are time restricted, be sure that you can`t rely on them. Overall quality of trailer is average, electrical wires are not insulated from water intrusion, it will not last too long if you don`t fix it yourself. bow catcher was not installed/adjusted properly, and guide posts were missing. On top of that we found out that brakes are inoperative, fluid completely leaked out because lines were not tightened.

After a ton of research and speaking to owners, I decided to purchase a Rock & Roll trailer. They make a quality product, and I hear the service is excellent. I bought a boat without a trailer, and they could complete it in 2 weeks. Pricing was similar to other manufacturers, so I went with the R&R. Alicia was very responsive and easy to deal with! When picking up the trailer, I did not have the correct electrical connection, and they threw one in. I appreciate all the help and am glad to be back on the water!

Probably one of the best prices fir the quality of work. Still need lots of improvements. The turn-around was long. Trailer could have been made wider. The cross bars for center bunks were not functional. They could have been moved back around 2 feet. See pictures.
