Called a tow for my nephew and First Coast Towing responded. The driver, did not get his name, was friendly, professional, did his job quickly and professionally. Delivered the car to the house and dropped it right in the garage like a boss! Whole time he was friendly and professional. I called FCT to let them know about him and his work, thought I would also put in a review. Nephew and vehicle home safe and sound, thank you FCT Driver!

I needed a tow from Green cove springs Florida back to St Augustine and Travis our tow truck driver was excellent. He was very professional, very friendly, and made us feel at ease. We had my sister's Little Chihuahua with us and he welcomed us into the cab of the wrecker with open arms and made us feel safe. He went above and beyond to make sure we were okay and well taken care of and he got my car home safely and parked it in the yard. It was just a minor problem the transmission splash guard shield was almost tore off the car and Travis made sure to very gently put it in the yard until I could get it repaired. He is top notch and one really nice person.
