I regret to inform you that I will no longer be patronizing your establishment due to a series of unpleasant experiences. Although I have had positive interactions with the owner in the past, my recent encounter was the final straw. As a customer, I consistently feel scrutinized and uncomfortable while shopping in your store. The excessive surveillance by multiple employees creates an oppressive atmosphere, hindering my ability to browse and make informed purchasing decisions. During my most recent visit, I intended to purchase a bumper, lights, and accessories for my semi-truck. However, when I inquired about the availability of semi-truck bumpers, the employee provided a curt negative response. Subsequently, as I continued to browse the store, I noticed that the same employee was following me closely, monitoring my every move. Despite my discomfort, I managed to select a few small items and approached the cashier to request a catalog or brochure to assist me in making a substantial purchase. Unfortunately, my request was denied, leaving me without the necessary resources to make an informed decision. The cumulative effect of these experiences has led me to the conclusion that I will no longer conduct business at your establishment. Instead, I will be taking my business to a competitor city where I can expect a more positive and customer-centric shopping experience.

Owner was very pleasant. Had plenty of items to choose from. Will buy from this store again, when I am in the area. No parking for semi's, but all in all, would come back and purchase from store again.
