Being a mechanic on vacation I instantly have trust issues. After having my father’s Tahoe serviced at a shop in Tampa before leaving to Disney world. The previous shop did the rear pads and rotors. Claimed the passenger rear caliper was seized and needed to be replaced so we did. Well drive it all the way to Orlando and the driver rear caliper locked up. Stopped at this shop and told them just to replace the driver side rear brake caliper. They started to replace it but stopped when they realized it was not seized. They had the wheel and brake caliper off about 3 times investigating the cause instead of just replacing the part. I told them let’s just go ahead and replace it. The owner working on it insisted it was not the issue. That right there made me very comfortable with this place. He told me he believed it was ABS module that was the issue. He not only did not charge to diagnose the issue but allowed me to test drive the vehicle throughout the process without payment. The language barrier can be tough however coming from a mechanic with 10 years of experience I can say with absolute certainty this shop is trustworthy and transparent. 10/10 experience.

Son broke down at Disney Springs yesterday. From 170 miles away I called Rincon’s to see if they could help my son. They found a tow truck, and within 15 minutes of the car in the shop it was diagnosed. Very fair pricing, great service and he’s back on the road today! I would highly recommend this shop if you’re ANYWHERE near this shop. They even sent me a nice repair video
