After being broken down on i75 southbound, 10mins from my exit. I googled the nearest tow company found Fisher’s. First, initial call… I think the lady operator was very patient with me however I was was impatient due to me being stranded on a very busy highway. She was simply trying to understand where exactly I was located then sent me a link to locate and find me. It worked out she didn’t solicit the auto repair company next door until I started asking questions about repairs…. Nothing was forced, It worked out I found out they are infact next door to AutoMasters…. Both team duo was amazing and help get me back into my baby. I was actually discounted for using the shop next door and also I didn’t have to pay right away they simply added it to my truck repair bill. Great service from the towing guy he allowed me to follow him to find out where the shop was also great customer service from the entire staff…. Superb!

Called super late at night to get my friend out of being stranded on the side of i75 with a broken car. Super late as in like after 1am. It took a couple of hours to get my friends car towed, but the tow driver (thanks Milo, if i got your name wrong im sorry!) was incredibly kind and super professional and called me to update me about what was going on. With it being the late time that it was, I was impressed that the tow was able to happen as fast as it did. Thanks y'all, youre prompt and awesome.

I needed my Bronco towed last night. I have towing through Allstate. The problem was that with the battery dead you can’t put the vehicle in N to push. The first guy they sent out didn’t want to drag it and said we needed a different type of tow truck. He canceled the job and just took off. We called Allstate back. Milo and his granddad Charlie came out. He was able to get the vehicle in N, charged the battery enough to start it and put it on the truck to the dealership finally getting towed about midnight this morning. Milo is a very smart young man and very professional. You can tell his grandad is proud, and should be. If the vehicle wasn’t still under warranty I probably would have just let Milo take it and fix it. Thanks for the help. We will remember the number in case we need you again, hopefully no time soon.
