Excellent experience! Was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I Called them many times and they were so professional, informed me of everything I needed for the inspection, have a lovely waiting room, offered me water and coffee, performed the inspection and provided me with all necessary packet paperwork in seal for the DMV. With each phone call, they handled it with a kind attitude and tone, did not rush me off the phone, told me not to be shy in case I need to call them again and made me feel really comfortable given that this is NOT a situation anybody wants to be in! You guys are a wonderful group of professionals and there's a reason everyone referred me to you guys. Thank you for your professionalism, expertise, kindness and reliability. You are an excellent business for the community and we are lucky to have you! If I could give you 100 stars I would!! Thank you so much again for your dedication and professionalism. I called a week before my appointment to confirm what I would need. they were so helpful in what I would need and how much it would cost . told me to call back if I had any other questions. I went today walked in to a very clean waiting room was offered coffee / water / soda. once I gave them all my required documents they informed me I in fact did not need the inspection. they were so patience with me explaining it several times so I would understand. they went above and beyond my expectations and I will refer everyone to them!
