I had my 65 Mustang fastback shipped to them (from the guy who started the job) with the sheet metal and floor replaced and had them finish it. Top quality work, excellent paint. I had them replace the stock rear and trans with a T5 and a posi. 1st try with a 3:55 locker wasn't what I needed so they swapped it for a 3:25 traction lock (no additional charge). Car runs down the highway at 70 @1900RPM. Had them get rid of my leaky PS steering for an EPS unit. I can turn a dial to zero PS, or up to one finger parking. I also had them add AC which is a must in Florida. You have to pay people if you’re not ready to do the work yourself. It’s not a cheap process but Tubby’s delivered on everything they told me they would. Good people who do good work.

After visiting numerous shops & countless mobile "mechanics ", I finally came across Tubbys. They went through my '72 Charger & found my no start problem instantly. They advised me on a few safety issues but never pressured me into any repairs. Price was fantastic matched only by their quality of work! The entire staff was friendly & extremely helpful, from Jessica to the knowledgeable & highly skilled crew. I am so grateful to have found this amazing place that I can now trust my classic cars to be maintained with honesty & integrity! I can only surmise that negative reviews here are from disgruntled ex-employees or just plain unhappy people. I highly recommend them if you want your classic car taken car of by the absolute best!
