Let me start off with saying these are the most kind-hearted professional people. Amy the front desk customer service representative was so professional. She was able to get me in for a Freightliner Cascadia steering wheel adjustment. While I was there I noticed my clearance light on my trailer out. They took care of that as well. Even though their day was busy for 1 hour labor, they squeezed me in. Corey was the technician that was so kind to do the work. I advise calling ahead if you're a semi-truck driver to make sure they got room in the yard. That is if you have a trailer under you. Again I cannot emphasize how professional everybody I spoke to was. The shop Foreman and the owner were very professional and courteous. It's not often as a semi truck driver that you get a shop that is willing to work with you. Labor costs were fair. Again I emphasize very professional people I cannot point out how nice these people were.

Customer service was lacking. After having my vehicle for two weeks, I paid the bill and drove away only to discover my vehicle was driving worse than it was when I dropped it off. I called the shop and the service manager asked me to return as soon as possible so they could try to figure this out. When I return, the service manager was at lunch however the owner was sitting at the counter. When I explained to the owner, what was going on he became quite defensive, and became rude & condescending when I questioned why my vehicle was driving worse than it was when I dropped it off. I considered walking out but I had spent close to three thousand dollars for service and I did want some sort of explanation other than “ it was nothing that happened here”. at that moment, the service advisor returned from lunch. The owner stomped off in a sort of tantrum saying I was not listening to him and he will not deal with me and he walked out of the shop and down the street. I stood there in somewhat disbelief. The service advisor seemed to empathize with me and assured me that if I left the vehicle for a few more hours, they would try to figure out what the new issue was, which I decided to do. The service advisor called me after a couple of hours to tell me they had discovered the problem. Apparently their technician did not reconnect the sensor, causing the new issues in my vehicle. The service advisor told me that the the technician had reconnected the sensor and as simple as that the new problems were gone. I was relieved. But I was quite upset and shaken. I had not been spoke spoken to the way. The owner of this business spoke to me from any other establishment. It was unacceptable. Especially considering the service advisor called me to tell me that they had neglected to reconnect the sensor. A week has passed. I still have not heard from the owner or anyone from this shop with any sort of apology or explanation of why I was treated so poorly, spoken to so rudely and unacceptably. On my behalf, I stayed calm and respectful while I was at their shop, somewhat in disbelief at the way I was being treated. With that said, I cannot recommend this business. I will look elsewhere in the future.

Very pleased with the service, professionalism, and commitment to repair the vehicle and have it ready earlier than promised. I will be bringing this vehicle back in the future if any repairs are need and refer all my friends as it is hard to find a garage as good as Suncoast Fleet Services. Corey was my main point of contact and I give him an A+ for helping me. Colin was the mechanic and he also deserves an A+ for fixing the vehicle and meeting out deadline. Thank You both.
