this is the worst service I ever experienced. I went there for a shower a nice young charge me, and politely told me my truck was facing the wrong way. I went out to fix it before my shower which took me a couple of minutes. by the time I finished my shower it was around 1 hour and 30 minutes which is long but there was no wait for a shower on a sunday afternoon, by the time I returned there was an older white lady she said her name is Melissa in her 50s or 60s was very disrespectful saying I took 2 hours in the shower which is a lie. I told her I wasn't aware of a time limit she doesn't have to be disrespectful. she kept going on being extremely disrespectful. I tried to buy food drink and fuel she denied the service. this place is unreliable and they will denied you service if they are in a bad mood it doesn't matter if you're being nice or respectful. don't stop at this place. if you're low on fuel you might get stuck. they need to do better.

I was a little skeptical because of the reviews, but decided to stay anyway because it was so close to our drop off spot. I’m so glad I did! The cashier and security guard was so nice. The lot is not dirt with pot holes, it’s paved and organized. Plus it’s next to a Puerto Rican Restaurant that has great food and drinks. I’m definitely putting this on my favorites list!

When you walk in, expect the energy to be low vibrational. The only person at that truck stop that was up beat and happy to be there was the daytime guy running around there, not sure if he is Cuban or domican, but he was a happy young man, willing to help. There was no fountain dispenser for ice or sodas. The showers were mid to say the least. Overall, id give this truck stop a 4 out of 10
