Quality Towing & Recovery came through big time. Tommy was the driver who picked up my truck and handled everything professionally. He was informative, easy to work with, and communicated clearly the whole time. My water pump (or gasket) failed and left me stranded. He picked the truck up and dropped it off at my house without any issues. This was the second time he’s helped me out—once from Alligator Point and again here in Crawfordville. Reliable, honest, and professional.

I am so thankful for Quality Towing and Recovery! My car broke down and i was really stressed and had anxiety as to how I was going to get my car to the mechanic and wondering if I should take a chance to try to drive it up there or have it towed. I decided the best choice was to get it towed so I wouldnt chance causing an issue with traffic if it broke down again and wouldn't start. I also needed to get to work as I am a caregiver and needed to see my client that day. Tommy at Quality Towing and Recovery was great! He arrived in 20 minutes and was easy to communicate with. I give this company 5 stars because it is clear that they have good people working for them, they care about thr quality of their towing services and they care about the people of Wakulla County!

My daughter was in an accident and they called Quality Towing to the scene. When her car had to be towed we just went ahead and let them take the car with the others involved. My experience at the scene of the accident was good. The driver was friendly and there were no issues. The following day I called the number on the paper I was given and was advised by the lady on the phone that the lot was not manned and that I needed to call to schedule a time to go out to sign the paperwork to release my car to insurance. Saturday morning I called and asked the man about coming by. He said he was busy pulling some people out of a ditch to call him back in about an hour. So I left Tallahassee to head back to Crawfordville to be available when I called him back. I made it home and called back. At that point he told me it was $75 for an after hours fee if he met with me on the weekend. I told him I was not made aware of that. He was rude on the phone and I ended up scheduling for 9:30am on Monday. The time scheduled was his choice. I showed up at 9:20 and at 9:35 called to ask where he was. He stated he had a long night and only one hour of sleep. He said it would be 30-45 minutes. I went home and went back. After another phone call and finally 1 hour later he showed up. I would not recommend this company.
