Excellent service at St. James Auto. Rob, the new manager, is very professional and helpful. The service was fast, the estimate took only a few minutes, and my car was handled immediately. Very clean and well-organized shop. Definitely coming back!

First time using SJ Auto. Just had a small repair completed there. Booked an appt last week. Dropped the car off at 9 as scheduled completed by noon. Service manager was polite and professional. Will return in the future.

1 week for an oil change , and they doubled the price from 3 months ago....who does that?. Then you have this nasty new manager who looked like he was gonna jump over the counter when i questioned the price. Ever since Brian and Shaun left, this place is terrible. Not coming Back!!!!!!! I had an estimate from Shaun when he was still there, and it was changed. So ,your prices have changed, or you just decided to charge us more. And yes, My Grandfather Tom has been coming there for years., but not anymore. Also, why do you have a manager working there with 4 charges on his record?. 2 of them are for domestic battery?.
