This is my home town go to shop. Always a pleasant experience, even more so now. The owner Carlos is extremely kind and very personable. He’s got the place so much more smoothly than my past experiences there. As always, the guys did a great job even while staying constantly busy. I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and almost stopped going after a couple really bad experiences. There was little to no communication, simple appointments like oil changes and tire replacements were taking days, and I even had a time where lug nuts weren’t properly put back on my tire. I also dealt with misdiagnoses and felt like I was getting the runaround on repairs. However, since the new management came in, things have completely turned around. Carlos and Shane have been amazing. Carlos explains everything clearly and respectfully and even corrected an issue that came a month before him and that he didn’t cause. It’s great to see positive changes and professionalism coming back to this shop.

Was able to get an appointment same day and get my brakes replaced! Gotten two sets of tires here and they always do a great job and are very fair. Will absolutely continue going with them in the future!
