He was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in—patiently checked my old battery, confirmed exactly what I needed, and even installed the new one for me right there in the parking lot. Frankie is amazing: super knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about getting things right for the customer. No upselling pressure, just honest advice and great service. I needed a new battery and remembered I had set up a warranty for it about two years ago. When I called, they quickly pulled up my information and confirmed that my warranty was still active — I was absolutely elated! Christine, who answered the phone, was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She answered all my questions and made the entire process simple and stress-free. When I arrived, Josè was just as fantastic. It turned out the battery covered under my warranty was out of stock, so he upgraded me to a better one completely free of charge! I even asked about renewing the 4-year warranty and how much that would cost — and to my surprise, he told me the new warranty would automatically start that day for another four years… also for free! Josè got right to work, was professional, efficient, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and has a bright future ahead of him.
