Came in for replacement windshield wipers, guy had to pull three different sizes out because they kept not fitting properly, but finally found a set that would work and it was less than $50 altogether for him to install them for me. All that and I was still in and out in less than 5 minutes. These guys are here to take care of your problem, all customer service and no bullshit. Thanks again

I was very impressed with the knowledge in the help but we got from the Napa store. My engine light was on and I hate to say it but I went across the street to O'Reilly's they checked it and said that my engine was running hot well I knew that those machines could pinpoint the problem and was very thankful that Napa crew did it and I hope it fixes the problem I love that they had the Christian fish hanging up also I knew I went to the right place then.
