My Car Battery was dying and I knew it. I researched what a new battery would cost given I drive an Infniti QX80 (Very Large). My reseached found that the cheapest new battery for my vehicle started at $286.00 and that did not include labor installation. I further searched for cheaper solutions and found The Battery Exchange which was less than 3 miles from where I live in St. Petersburg. I pulled up and was somewhat intimidated because it was full and buzzing with customers. I stood and watched a young man rotating his attention very smoothly among all of the people. Even with the hustle and bustle he noticed me and told me he would be right with me with a smile! I waited paitently and was impressed with ease and professionalism he handeled each customer. I found out his name was Dino, as the patron before me was so thankful for his service that he mad it a point to ask his name. When it was my turn, Mr. Dino quickly tested my battery and determined it was low. He showed me his instrument and educated me on what the normal range of a battery should be. What was even better he drove the same vehicle and educated me on the best performing battery :-). Mr. Dino knows his Craft and has Excellent Customer Service! Turns out I paid a fraction of what I would have paid if I went to other outlets; but what's more important than price is finding a Business that is Honest, Excellent, and has Integrity! Mr. Dino is Exemplary and is the embodiment of the saying "Hone Skills and Earn Your Chops". I will refer The Battery Exchange and will be a repeat Customer :-)
