If I could rate the service, I received higher than a 5 I would absolutely do it!! I was stranded on 436 at Hanging moss road in the lunch rush traffic. It was very nerve wrecking, praying that someone wouldn't hit me considering I was on my way to the auto repair shop from already being rear ended 2 weeks prior.... I called in a panic and dispatch had so much empathy for me, calmed me down and put me at ease and literally said they would be there in 10 minutes. And they literally were!! I was so blessed to be rescued. The price was great, better than ANY other place I called. And the towing equipment is bar none. The way they don't put have to put chains on your axle is right on!!I have their card in my car bc they're gonna be my 1 and only goto for towing service from here on out!! Thank you so much BME!!

Brett was the best had it out in less then 20 min simple pull out I could not be more happier to find these people great price and soon as I stopped in he said im going there right now I appreciate him alot very fast friendly they will get my services and will tell everyone u need a heavy duty tow call them thank u again
