My experience was marked by repeated delays, inconsistent communication, contradictory explanations and inaccurate information. I initially purchased a motor that did not fit my truck; while they accepted responsibility and assured me they had the correct motor on-site, the process became increasingly problematic. Over several weeks, I was repeatedly told the motor wasn’t ready when stated or en route, only to later learn it was not functional, unavailable or never delivered as stated. Multiple replacement attempts failed, timelines were continually missed, and conflicting explanations were given to both me and my mechanic. After more than seven weeks since payment and not given the option to pickup myself instead of delivery, I was informed that what would have been the fourth motor, was missing a component. This explanation conflicts with the fact that the motor was never delivered and therefore could not have been accessed or evaluated by my mechanic, which gives indications that the replacement motor may never have been ordered or in their possession. After delay attempt tactics expired, I was finally refunded. As a result, I am left without a motor after 54 days and significant inconvenience. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of transparency, accountability, and professionalism, and I do not understand how this business has received high ratings and best anything of 2025 given these practices.
