Do not use this company. They tell you a driver will be there in 30-60 min. It takes them 30 minutes to create a ticket. Then they send off the request to dispatch who gets to decide when their time starts. They tell you it’s from the time payment was received and then change their mind and it’s from the time they contact their driver. They are a scam and will just take your money before you even get service. If you give a time estimate, you should tell the customer when that time starts! Update: also just finding out that this business is run under the name towing services. They contacted me by different numbers listed out of state. I drove by the business address listed on google maps, it’s an empty building with no business at that address. This is not a local towing company. I’m sure they just take your money and try to find a local company to dispatch( if they even do that).they will also charge you cancel fees and the total amount if you cancel before “their driver” shows up. But again, they cannot give you an accurate time estimate. I would just use a local company like Gonzales, Guys, or United towing instead.

I truly appreciate Premier Towing & Road Rescue. Very reliable towing service. My SUV broke down during a long drive and they made the situation much less stressful. The operator on the phone was polite and the driver was respectful and patient throughout the service.
