After making a delivery in Shreveport,La from San Antonio,Tx & picking up a return load back to Fort Worth,Tx my semi-truck broke down due to a main air supply dryer line that hat split , [LUIS MAGANA’S] went above and beyond to assist me. And went a step further and guaranteed me over the phone that regardless if the stores close and I couldn’t get the part he would get me back running by the end of the night. Despite the pouring rain, he stood out there for in the pouring rain to recover my truck without any complaints. Not only did he handle everything with professionalism, but he also took the extra step of calling his contacts after hours to get the necessary part for me. Even though his shop closed at 5/6pm he still went above & beyond to make his customer satisfied. He stayed up until nearly midnight ensuring everything was in perfect working order so I could make my next delivery on time.
