Well, I cannot shop here anymore. My strategy for finding clothes that fit is trying on jeans and shirts in the fitting room, it can take me most of the day to find a few jeans that fit, but now that the fitting rooms are gone, what can I do. I am extraordinarily disappointed. I've shopped at goodwill most of my life. The clerk told me to buy and bring back clothes for credit. So, I buy 12 pairs and bring back 9 that don't fit and have to take a store credit for the return. You don't need my business. Thank you for all the years but I'm moving on. I see you gave me the same cookie cutter response as you did everyone concerning this subject, apparently you did not read the context of my complaint or provide any help or solutions. New clothes are very inexpensive and plentiful.

I spend a lot of money here, but that will soon change, I think. The prices are outrageous and very inconsistent. I think they should implement a rewards program for customers. You know, spend $100, get 10% off the next purchase, or something like that. That would make it easier to sucker the prices. Also, the team is good, but please remember you all are getting these items for free, so get them out quickly for a fair price. Please stop turning into retail; no one likes that. We like to thrift and want deals.
