I needed to write a review for the hard working employees at Ray K Towing. I locked my keys in the trunk of my Camry and called AAA and RK Towing was there in less than 30 minutes! They were able to get my car open but unfortunately there is some kind of security setting that does not allow anyone to access the trunk while the keys are locked in the trunk. It was a cold rainy Friday afternoon and the two men from the towing company tried everything they could for over two hours to access my trunk. In the end we had to tow the car to my local Toyota dealership and Fernando drove me from Milford to Brockton again on a rainy Friday during rush hour! I am grateful for their effort and the warm and safe ride home. I never got to tip Fernando because my wallet was locked in my trunk. Hopefully this review is the least I can do to thank him and the company.

Excellent Service! I recently used Ray K Towing through my vehicle warranty, and I was very impressed. After my service request was confirmed, they arrived in about 30 minutes — maybe even less. The driver, Enrique, was polite, professional, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. He took great care of my car and got it safely to the tire shop. Highly recommend their service and would definitely use them again if needed!

the drivers at this company are absolutely terrible! i have had multiple run ins with these trucks over the past few months and not one of them have been good. they are constantly speeding through neighborhoods and school zones, they have cut me off multiple times, they are always tailgating cars when you see them out on the roads. they have even almost rear ended me as i was turning into my driveway and then yelled at me and flipped me off out the window. absolutely reckless! i would not trust them to have my car on one of their trucks with the way they drive!!!
