Lou helped me get my state inspection sticker sorted and took the time to walk me through the inspection policy so I actually understood what was going on. He also pointed out a few pending issues with my car and explained them clearly without any pressure. Honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, it’s rare to find service like this.
