Ted's towing pulled our lines off the house while completing a tow for a business across the street. The business who's vehicle was towed said Ted's was taking care of facilitating the utility companies to come fix what they hit. A week went by and no repair had been made. I reached out to confirm they were being a responsible and respectable business to the community by coordinating the repairs of their mistake. We now sit 3 weeks later and no repairs have been made. I as a party not involved in the exchange of those goods and services shouldn't have to spend time coordinating the repair of our property caused by their operators error. Seems their a company that receives payment and couldn't care less about their conduct and professionalism after the fact.

Dont call these guys. They will OVER CHARGE you so bad. Its sad to see companies out here over charging people like this and act like its ok. I called another place and the charge was simple and better than half the cost. Do not waste your time calling Teds Towing.

my vehicle was towed on a Friday evening. I called once I arrived safely at my destination to confirm their business hours - so that I could retrieve my vehicle the next day. Rebecca at Ted's told me over the phone that the site was open until 5pm and so if I arrived before then I would be able to pickup my car. There was absolutely no mention of an "after hours release fee" for $54. The call was on speaker so I am no the only person who heard what was communicated by a rep at this business. I arrived at 4:30PM the next day and was told by Alexis that she would not release my car if I did not pay the "after hours release fee". I obviously paid it but this is an extremely deceptive business practice. The "Vehicle release" schedule is not posted anywhere outside of their locked main entrance or on the front door. I am sharing this photo so you are all aware that although they are open until 5 on Saturday's you WILL be charged a late fee if your vehicle is not retrieved by 12pm. No wonder Alexis is donned in gold jewelry, this was a cash grab. Nickle & Diming the working class.
