Purchased a diesel heater as a returned customer, called them last Feb, in regards to a listing on their website if item was available- was told yes it was, told them I’d come take a look, traveled an hour each way, when I got there they took me out in the yard where it was supposed to be located. Two different guys tried looking, but neither could locate item. They both went above and beyond to find me another heater in another truck. Which I greatly appreciated. Emailed them beginning of January to inquire about another Webasto heater listed on their website, asked if the heater was available to come take a look at. When I got there walked out to take a look at it, and decided to buy it, got home with it and started to clean it up and put a parts list together of what I would need since it was the heater only, no fuel dosing pump etc. once I removed the heaters covers I started seeing (white dust) later finding out the heater was corroded on the inside, the heater is worthless and would cost more to replace its internal components than I could purchase a new install kit online for. Took pictures of the heater once apart and sent them over to Eric whom I purchased the heater from asking him if I could return the heater, as it was within 10days of purchase. On my invoice it states returns need to be done within 30 days of purchase with a written request. He told me that he told me that the heater was never tested during purchase, which never was discussed, the listing of the item on their website also never stated item was non returnable or all sales are final. He later told me that I should have taken more time to look the heater over, which I told him that the only way I would Have known the condition internally was to have taken it apart on site before purchasing or running the heater. Which they sold without a fuel pump so is impossible to do. I went back and forth with him via email until he stopped responding. I don’t expect they know the condition of the heater internally, but if someone tells them within the timeframe of returns I expect that item would be returnable. My experience with him over this issue, I will never use them again, and do business with them ever again.

The best ever !!! Rocus st Springfield MA. location ! If you ever need a transmission for your truck , these guys here do a great job! Highly recommend!!!! They fixed our 2013 Freightliner Coronado and our 2000 Peterbilt 378 and they run better that new! Thank you Edwin for a job well done!!
