I want to start this review off by saying This place should not be judged based off the first impression walking in the door. I walked in today, looking for a loan towards my jewelry. The vibe was a little dry and unwelcoming kind of like a checks cashed place, But don’t let that stop you. I was called over to The service window and Gabriella, who is the store manager was very thorough and straight to the point giving me a clear and honest explanation She was very helpful and I got exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend Empire Loan of Boston if you’re looking for a place to get a cash loan towards your jewelry without being underappreciated or undervalued. Thanks again Gabriela I’ll be back soon!
