Parson’s did an outstanding job fixing my totaled car after my accident. I was debating on buying a new car since mine is old. I am so glad I kept it after these results. You would never know that my car was in an accident. Not only did they fix my car, they also did a great job painting it. They made my 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix look brand new. The staff were also friendly. They do great work!

I've always liked Parsons, but my last two interactions have completely turned me away from them. The first of the two, I found the biggest lugnut I've ever seen embedded in one of my tires. How does something like that end up screwed into a tire? It doesn't, but I chalked it up to coincidence. Tire was very expensive to replace. Fast forward 4 or so months I get an inspection sticker. 5 minutes down the road, one of my tires goes flat. Definitely NOT a coincidence. I call and very calmly tell them about both incidents. "Prove it" is what i hear him say before hanging up on me. You're right, I cannot prove it. All i can do is come here, leave a review and tell others in this small community. I am probably not the only one that this has happened to

I can’t say enough good things about Parsons Auto! I had a flat tire caused by a screw, and when I called AAA, they were the ones who took the call. They quickly came out to put on my spare and went the extra mile by offering to take the damaged tire back to their shop to plug it for me. I stopped by first thing the next morning and they had it ready to go—quickly and efficiently put it right back on my car. The cost was incredibly reasonable, and the service was top-notch. Friendly, honest, and genuinely helpful people. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back for any future auto needs!
