Well, I had my license for 30 years and never been in an accident. Bought a new to me Subaru, 3 months ago, and have been in 2 accidents already with it, neither my fault. The car is now in better condition then when I bought it used. One Stop Auto does a great job, and used Genuine Subaru parts. Their communication was great, and Inwill always recommend them to my friends and family. They might be priced on the higher end, but when insurance is taking care of the bill, and you want your car done right with the right parts, I highly recommend seeing Mitch and his team. They are truly the best in there business. And Thisnisncoming from a car enthusiasts, who knows what to look for! A ++++

My Audi was hit in my driveway by an FedEx driver, so I knew I wanted an experienced shop to handle it all. After reading the great reviews about this shop, I decided to go with them and I'm very happy with the results.These guys are great. They are a busy shop because that's how good they are. One Stop is AMAZING and I can't say enough about Mitch and his team! I had a terrifying encounter with a deer that was traumatic, and with a bad experience in the past with a previous shop that did a hack job, I was scared to call another one. I chose One Stop as it was the top recommended shop by my insurance, but with hesitation. Since having my car back, I can say I am so happy with my choice! Mitch was absolutely wonderful! Although it took 3 weeks, (holidays didn't help so it was completely understandable), my car looked BEAUTIFUL! It was so worth the wait and he even exceeded my expectations with areas I didn't expect to look as great as they did! My car looks almost brand new! It took a lot of work and dedication from his team and they all did an incredible job! Thank you, Mitch and team, for a beautiful job well done! I will definitely go back to you when needed and recommend you to others!
