We have been taking our cars to the Cataumet location for several years and have never had an unpleasant experience. Everyone is always welcoming, helpful and willing to answer questions / explain what is happening. Earlier this week we had our Lincoln towed in after it wouldn't start. Within a very short time, Shawn called to let us know that mice had gotten into and chewed up the wires. We were given a summary of what needs to be done and the cost and were kept updated about progress. Three days later our car is back and running beautifully. We're very glad to have a reliable and trustworthy - and local - place for our car care.
