I recently bought a Duramax truck from Classic Auto Sales. I traded in my Jeep and worked out the numbers. I was very happy with the deal. About a week later, a couple of issues arose. Nothing the dealer could have known about, but they towed the truck back and got right to work. They kept me informed as things progressed. A short time later, the truck was running perfectly, and I was on the road. I mentioned this because I believe dealers should be judged by how they handle a situation after the deal, not during the negotiations and purchase. This is the true test of whether a dealer is honest and stands by their vehicles. I’m happy to say that this dealer stood by its vehicle 100%. They even sent it to another shop for some specialty work, which is very unusual. In conclusion, I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from this dealer again.
