Yesterday was my first (and won't be my last) experience with BPG. The primary reason for my visit was to have an engine performance tune on my 2021 M340i. While there, I also had a somewhat overdue general mechanical inspection. Andy and the staff were professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgable. Andy was also very helpful and took the time to explain the ins and outs of the performance tune and answer all of my questions about the tuning procedure. Andy provided me with a very detailed post inspection report (with pictures) and an accurate pricing estimate for some needed additional work while I had the car at the shop. I was glad to have a few other minor items completed like a tire rotation, coolant flush and software update. All of the work was thorough, completed on time, and everything was done for a reasonable price. Based on my excellent experience, I can definitly recommend BPG for the care of your BMW.
