Generate thousands of dollars for this company and they shut me off because my account was locked twice when they tried to take payment (350) but was resolved within five business days. Our account has never become 30 days 60 days or 90 days past due. These people are trying to squeeze out the little guys Stay far away from this company. They’re not a family business and they don’t have family values. Update: to be completely transparent, our account was never late enough, not even by close margins to create a one percent late fee charge. Yesterday, Friday 12 I waited in line on the scale and proceeded to the line to dump my trash while in line one of the workers informed me to go to the office once I called the office. They told me that since they couldn’t process my payment twice, even though there was no current balance that they would no longer allow me a discounted rate to dump trash And that it was cash on delivery only. No phone calls no emails no communication found out while I’m dumping a live load. FYI, you can redeem refrigerators ACs in any metal items for cash at local scrap yards and not be charged a whopping $50 for free on Removal while they rip it out of their refrigerator with their big machine in the open base with everyone around the owner’s response is not genuine and it’s not honest. Just another local company that will sell out to corporations. Thankfully, we don’t need your luck, sir. Happy new year.
