Since writing the above, have been working on a house built 200 years ago, and deserving of fine hardware and select wood. Cottle’s has it, and if not they’ll order and deliver. Ordered small carpentry cutting job on a Friday that was to be completed per store employee’s own quotation on Monday. On Tuesday I phoned and received RUDE, unnecessary response from Carl who said I was slowing him down by taking my call. As if three cuts was slowing him down! Not someone to give sharp tools to! Pathetic. I’d say go elsewhere. This is not the kind of employee I would have on my team.
