Not many reviews for the auto sales side of the business, so I will share my experience. I had a great experience buying a car from this shop! Saw a car on their lot for a good price, called and set up a time to come look at it. They had the car pulled out for me and running when I showed up, answered all my questions, and then left me alone while I looked over the car. No sales pressure, just honest and open. They took a copy of my license, put some dealer plates on, and then let me test drive the car on my own no questions asked. I took it over to another trusted shop nearby for a quick pre-purchase inspection, no issues. Car rode and drove great, really good condition for its age. Drove the car back, took a look at the title and talked a bit. The car had a few issues (broken door handle, loose sun visor, bad battery), but Willi said he'd cover fixing all that as part of the deal. He even put it up on the lift so I could inspect the body and underside. It had some rust issues, but better than I expected for a 15 year old New England car. Interior was great, clean and freshly detailed. We agreed on a price, filled out a bill of sale, and since I had showed up around lunchtime, Julio even came and brought me a plate of BBQ food while we signed everything. Really put a huge smile on my face, it was delicious. A few days later once the check cleared, I went and got the title and RTA signed, brought it to my insurance agent, and registered the car. It took a few days to get the battery installed and the door handle was a special order item, but the shop kept me in the loop and fixed everything like we agreed. Once it was ready, they put the plates on for me and I went and got a new inspection sticker at DelCorp Mass State Inspection just a minute down the street. I'm very happy with the car, and I'd recommend working with these guys if they have a car for sale that you're interested in. Honest, family business, and they seem to do good work. I can't weigh in on the auto service side, but there are plenty of other great reviews here. My one complaint is that I had some trouble getting in touch with the shop a few times. Sometimes I would call, no answer, leave a vociemail, and never get a call back. Once, I had called and spoke with someone in the morning, asked them to call me when the car was ready, and I never got a call. I would chalk this up to the shop being busy and the ongoing renovations. Every time I got someone on the phone, they were fantastic! I did try using the email on the website, but it seems to be inactive. So, if you need to get in touch with these guys, make sure to call and call early to get the best results. Might have to call a few times to get someone, but once you do, they'll treat you well. Still getting 5 stars, they more than met my expectations and I'm really happy with how everything turned out. Great service! I got a next day appointment outside of business hours. The staff were friendly and addressed all the concerns I had. They were able to get replacement parts and complete the work the same day. They even showed me the damaged parts. I would definitely go back
